SHIRODHARA - Continuous stream of warm medicated oil over the third eye
One of Ayurveda’s most profound therapies designed to calm the mind and spirit and reduce stress in the nervous system.
The movement of warm oil over the 6th chakra helps to clear energetic channels of Prana in the head and can induce a meditative/ spiritual state. Clients have said that they experienced a lucid state between dreaming and waking….
For best results, the body and mind should be sufficiently relaxed prior to receiving this, so we only offer this treatment post - Abhyanga. The client may take home the used oil for self massage. Please bring a hat to stay warm and plan to relax at home afterwards !

SWEDANA - Herbal steam therapy
This is a post Abhyanga treatment only. The whole body will be immersed in a herbal steam sauna. The head will be kept outside and comfortably cool, making this a relaxing way to let go of physical and metal toxins though the skin. The gentle heat opens the pores, increases metabolism and allows the medicated oils to penetrate into the deeper layers of the tissues.
This treatment will ease sore muscles and joints, increase circulation and encourage weight loss.

RASAYANA - Rejuvenation / Adrenal Boost Treatment
A deeply relaxing treatment designed to support and revive the nervous and glandular systems, thus aiding with adrenal and overall fatigue and immunity. We start with full body Marma therapy with client specific Ayurvedic herbal creams applied directly on the Marma points (energy points which connect the nerve endings throughout the body and correspond to organs, similar to acupuncture points). It includes Brahmi ghee eye massage, Brahmi oil scalp massage, rose water eye soak, various hot compresses followed by a hot oil Abhyanga.
